USCB has hundreds of various implementations under our belt and if history teaches us one thing, it’s that no implementation is the same. We use a proven refined process during the planning stages of implementation involving dedicated managers whose sole focus is managing the transition. Our Operations team concentrates on successful knowledge transfer and business direction during our comprehensive process and through the first stages of service delivery.
The transition will be governed through oversight by executive management that provides the highest level of transparency and escalation when required. The USCB implementation team is comprised of a project manager, who will not only be your dedicated single point of contact, but who lead the transition and be responsible for the seamless transition of your organization to the services provided by USCB.
In most instances, and depending on your particular project, the timeline for account placement will typically be determined by how quickly your staff can provide the necessary information we’ll need, such as file layouts and data transfers. USCB knows that every implementation is different which is why our plan can be as flexible as you need it to be and can be modified to fit your exact needs.
